Challenge
An architecture practice with a twenty-four to thirty-six month project cycle is not selling a service you buy this week. The site's job is to attract a very small number of the right clients and repel everyone else.
That makes conventional conversion design actively counterproductive: friction, restraint and slowness are the message.

Solution
Three projects presented completely rather than a grid of twelve — Casa Sombra, Horizon House, Still Forest — each with the reasoning, the site conditions and the material decisions.
A material studies section treats limestone, smoked oak and blackened steel as subjects in their own right, which is how the practice actually talks about its work.
The five-phase process section sets expectations about duration and involvement before a conversation starts, which filters enquiries in exactly the way the studio wanted.

UX
Deliberate pacing: long scroll distances, few decisions per screen, no competing calls to action. The reading rhythm is the argument.
Contact sits at the end rather than everywhere, because a practice with a three-year cycle does not need a sticky button.

UI
Photography at full bleed, typography set small and precise against it, and generous negative space that would be wasteful on any other kind of site.
Material and light are the palette — the interface contributes almost no colour of its own.

Development
Media-heavy pages with responsive image generation and modern formats, so full-bleed photography loads quickly on a phone.
Reveal choreography is scroll-linked and short; under reduced-motion, images simply appear.
