Short, because we do not do very much with your data.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store what you typed: your name, email address, optional phone, Telegram and company, the project type and budget you selected, and your message.

We also record how you arrived — the page you submitted from, the referrer, and any UTM parameters in the URL. This tells us which of our own pages are useful. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Alongside the enquiry we keep the technical context your browser reports on its own: device type, operating system, browser, language, time zone, and whether you had visited before. Country and city come from what our infrastructure resolves at request time — the IP address itself is not stored.

What we do with it

We reply to you. That is the entire purpose. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

Analytics

Analytics runs only if you allow it. Until you answer the bar at the foot of the page — and for as long as you decline — nothing is measured: the events the site would report are not produced in the first place, rather than produced and discarded by somebody else.

When you do allow it, we measure aggregate usage: which pages are read, which sections people interact with. The analytics layer receives event names and coarse properties, never the contents of a form.

Google Consent Mode carries your answer to any advertising or measurement tag. It is set to denied before anything loads, so a tag that arrives later starts from no and waits to be told otherwise.

You can change your mind. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the answer, and the question is asked again on your next visit.

What the site keeps in your browser

No third-party cookies, and nothing that follows you elsewhere. What there is lives in local storage, is readable only by this site, and is never transmitted on its own:

Your answer about analytics, with the date you gave it — so we are not asking every visit, and so the basis for measuring has a date attached to it.

When you first arrived and how many times you have been back, which is what lets an enquiry arrive saying "third visit" instead of nothing.

That you sent or closed the consultation offer, so it is not put in front of you again. Clearing site data removes all three.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Ask us to delete yours and we will, without asking why.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a new date.
